trolleys / stillages

Coates Engineering can manufacture stillages and trolleys for any specific requirement and can be finished in a variety of different coatings:

  • Primer (colour as specified)
  • Primer and gloss paint (colour as specified)
  • Hot dip zinc galvanised finish
  • Powder coated (colour as specified)
  • Hot dip zinc galvansing with powder coated top coat.
  • Plastic coated (colour as specified)

Stillages and trolleys can be lightweight or heavy duty depending on the purpose. Coates Engineering believes every stillage and trolley must be design to perform is duty and this may require a prototype being made and tested before more can be produced.

Stillages and trolleys can be designed and fabricated in a range of sizes all depending on the need with protective material being added, where required to prevent marking to the item(s) when being transported. A wide range of castors can be used depending on the surface the trolley is to travel on and the weight to be transported.

Every stillage and trolley is designed and fabricated to fulfill a requirement and Coates Engineering pride themselves on providing a bespoke piece designed exactly for what the client requires.
